Find the imbalance.
Fix the cause.

A 4-minute phone scan that spots posture and movement imbalances, explains the likely causes and builds your daily corrective routine. On your own, or with your trainer.

Video never leaves the phone. Only body points are saved.

How it works

01

Scan in 4 minutes

Prop a phone against a wall. The quick scan checks standing posture, squats and single leg. The full scan (about 8 minutes) adds toe touches, trunk turns and a runner's lunge. A voice coach and a green light run it.

02

See what is off, and why

Each imbalance gets a plain-language read: what it means, what is likely tight, what is likely weak, and what else to rule out.

03

Run the fix

A corrective routine built from the findings: release, stretch, activate, strengthen. Follow it at home with a guided timer and voice coach.

  • · Toe touch reach
  • · Back rounds more than hips bend

Alternating toe touch

  • · Cross-body reach

Standing trunk rotation

  • · Trunk rotation

Trunk rotation to reach

  • · Rotation with reach

Overhead squat, facing

  • · Knees cave in
  • · Weight shift

Overhead squat, side on

  • · Forward lean
  • · Arms fall forward
  • · Heels lift

Single leg squat

  • · Knee caves in
  • · Hip drop

Runner's lunge, side on

  • · Hip flexor tightness

Runner's stretch, hamstring

  • · Hamstring tightness

Left versus right

Most findings are measured per side, so you see which shoulder, hip or knee is the problem and whether it is closing between scans.

Just you? It works on its own.

Start my scan
  • Prop your phone against a wall. A voice coach and a green light run the scan, no helper needed.
  • A daily routine built from your results, with animated demos and a timer.
  • A nudge at the time you pick, streaks, and a 3-minute version for busy days.
  • Re-scan every few weeks and watch your score and posture change.

Built for trainers

  • ·Every client in one list, with the last scan and what to work on
  • ·Invite clients with a link so they can follow their routine at home
  • ·Re-scan every 2 to 4 weeks and see each imbalance move
  • ·Routines built from a rulebook written by working coaches

Private by design

  • ·Pose tracking runs on the phone. No photos or video are uploaded or stored.
  • ·Only the measurements and a small sample of body points are saved.
  • ·You see your own results. A trainer sees them only if you join through their invite.
  • ·A movement screen for training, not a medical exam. Pain gets flagged for a professional.

Questions

What is Kentro?+

Kentro is a phone camera scan that checks your posture and how you move (a quick scan of about 4 minutes, or a full scan of about 8 that adds toe touches, trunk rotation and a runner's lunge), explains the likely tight and weak muscles behind each imbalance, and builds a daily corrective routine.

Is Kentro free?+

Yes. Scanning yourself and following your routine is free. Trainers, gyms and clinics can use it free during the pilot.

How long does a scan take?+

A quick scan takes about 4 minutes: standing posture front and side, an overhead squat from the front and side, and a single leg squat. A full scan takes about 8 minutes and adds toe touches, trunk rotation and two kneeling stretches for flexibility. The balance score is the same either way, so you can re-check with a quick scan and do a full one about once a month.

Do I need any equipment?+

Just a phone you can prop against a wall, about 6 to 8 feet of space, and a mat for the kneeling moves. Some routine exercises use a foam roller, ball or band, with swaps if you do not have one.

Is my video uploaded or stored?+

No. Pose tracking runs on your phone. Video never leaves the device; only measurements and a small sample of body points (without face detail) are saved.

What does Kentro check?+

Shoulder and hip height, head tilt, trunk shift, forward head and rounded shoulders standing; knees caving in, weight shift, forward lean, arms falling and heels lifting in the squat; knee control and hip drop on one leg; and toe touch reach, hip hinge, trunk rotation, hip flexor and hamstring tightness.

How accurate is a phone posture scan?+

It estimates joint positions from the camera, so results are best for spotting clear left to right differences and tracking change over time with the same setup. It is not a clinical measurement. Each capture gets a quality check and low-confidence results are marked.

Is Kentro a medical device?+

No. Kentro is a movement screen for training and general wellness. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. If something hurts, it flags it for a qualified professional.

Can trainers and physical therapists use it with clients?+

Yes. Trainers add clients, scan them, send each one a routine to follow at home, and re-scan every 2 to 4 weeks to see each imbalance change. There is also a class mode for scanning a group back to back.

How often should I re-scan?+

Every 2 to 4 weeks. Most patterns take 3 to 8 weeks of steady work to shift, and the before and after view shows what changed.
